Passport holders of countries who are part of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program may visit the United States for tourism or business travel without first obtaining a B-1 or B-1 visa stamp. Each visit under the Visa Waiver Program is limited to 90 days. Visitors remain subject to the same admission requirements and grounds of inadmissibility that are applicable to all B-1/B-2 visitors.
All visa waiver visitors must complete an online Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) application prior to their arrival in the United States.
